Display Poster/Model Submissions

Authors of conference papers or presenters may also choose to display a virtual and/or real poster at the conference and a table top sized product or model/prototype. Virtual posters will be shown on a continuous Power Point looped presentation during conference breaks.

Conference authors and presenters choosing this option will be allowed to display one 20" x 30" poster mounted on a piece of foam core board. Poster information should include name, project title and text and images. Participants are responsible for setting up posters and models during the conference registration.

Conference authors and presenters selecting this option may display a table top model(s) (approximately 2' x 3' table display areas) in addition to an easel display. Tables will be provided.

Conference authors and presenters may create 1-3 slides that will be shown on a continuous loop presentation during the conference and posted on the conference Web site. Virtual images in electronic format must use Web standard .jpg format (no larger than 72 dpi and 1 MB per photo).

Choose this option if you do not wish do have a display.
